Our Love Story

Calvin and Tina met on one precious Halloween night. It was at a college Halloween party. (We both did not wear costumes.) Typical college party activities were going on. Tina had just become friends with a girl named Yen. Yen brought her to this party at State College Park and there she met Calvin. Calvin had arrived there with his friend Mike. It was a reunion for him and his Abington Penn State branch campus friends. It was a party at State College, but Tina did not know anyone but Yen. Calvin was socializing with everyone at the party, he knew everone except Tina and her friends.

Calvin noticed Tina right away as she walked in. She was not from Abington, who is this young lady? He quickly introduced himself to her, but Tina was too overwhelmed by all the new people and was whisked away by the party atmosphere. She did not notice him at first. It wasn't until his third introduction did his name really sunk in. He said, "Hi, my name is Calvin like Calvin and Hobbes or Calvin Klein." "OMG! I love Calvin and Hobbes. That's awesome!" Tina finally noticed him. She loved the Calvin and Hobbes reference and was instantly interested in finding out more about this handsome young man. She discovered Calvin did not actually read any of the Calvin and Hobbes comics, Tina was inspired to introduce him to this awesome comics series. So, they began to talk more. Then Calvin made his move, he put his arms around her waist and Tina saw his cute face and his handsome features and was wooed.

Shortly after, they discovered they lived in apartment complexes that were right next to each other. They talked more and more and their love grew. The two have since prospered in their love and now they live together in their love home (since Summer 2011), where the love tree was born and continues to grow!
